§ 10-1. Sprinkling and spraying roads.

Any person owning or having in his possession or control any sprinkler or spray, who shall permit the water therefrom to spray, sprinkle or otherwise fall upon any roadway, as defined by section 530 of the Vehicle Code of the state, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
