§ 13-15. Inspection.

The director shall conduct such inspections as are deemed necessary to ensure compliance with the approved plans and specifications and conditions of the permit, or determination of exemption. The director shall have the right of entry upon the project premises to conduct such inspections and to clear out or open up the obstruction of any drainage facility deemed contrary to the provisions of the permit, the determination of exemption, or this article.
