§ 13-9. Soils engineering report.

The soils engineering report, when required pursuant to section 13-6(b)(10), shall include data regarding the nature, distribution and strength of existing soils, conclusions and recommendations for grading procedures and design criteria for corrective measures, when necessary, and recommendations covering adequacy of sites to be developed by the proposed grading. Recommendations included in the report shall be incorporated in the grading plans or specifications, which shall be subject to review and approval by the director.
