§ 14-11. Designated.
By authority vested in the board of supervisors by the Vehicle Code of the state, and in particular sections 600 and 21354 of such Code, the hereinafter named and designated county highways are designated as through highways, at the entrance to which or at the specified intersections herein set forth, vehicular traffic from intersecting highways is required to stop before entering or crossing such highways or intersections when stop signs are erected as provided by law, such highways and intersections being designated as follows:
1.
Richvale East Road from the easterly line of Richvale South Road to the westerly line of U. S. Highway 99E.
2.
Midway from the northerly line of Richvale East Road to the southerly line of U. S. Highway 99E.
3.
Chico-Butte City Highway from the Chico City limit southerly to the Glenn County line.
4.
Oroville-Chico Highway from the easterly line of Midway to the northerly line of Durham Highway.
5.
Gridley-Colusa Highway from the Gridley City limit westerly to Butte Creek.
6.
Block Road, Gridley, from the southerly line of the Gridley-Colusa Highway southerly to the Sutter County line.
7.
Oroville-Gridley Highway from the Gridley City Limit easterly to the westerly line of State Highway 40A.
8.
Twelfth Street, Thermalito, from the northerly line of State Route 21 to the southerly line of Grand Avenue.
9.
Tenth Street, Thermalito, from the northerly line of State Route 21 to the southerly line of Grand Avenue.
10.
Grand Avenue, Thermalito, from the easterly line of Twentieth Street to the Oroville City Limit.
11.
Oroville-Nelson Road from the easterly line of Twelfth Street to the westerly line of State Route 87.
12.
Lincoln Street, Oroville, from the northerly line of Idora Street to the southerly line of Oroville Dam Boulevard.
13.
Oroville-Bangor Highway from the easterly line of Burlington Avenue to the westerly line of Lower Wyandotte Road.
14.
Skyway, Paradise, from the westerly line of Russell Drive to the southerly line of the Bull Hill Road.
15.
Clark Road, Paradise, from the southerly line of Buschmann Road to the easterly line of Skyway.
16.
Oroville-Pentz-Magalia Highway from the northerly line of State Highway 40A to the easterly line of Skyway.
17.
West Sacramento Avenue, Chico, from the westerly line of State Highway 32 to the easterly line of River Road.
18.
West Eighth Avenue, Chico, from the westerly line of West Esplanade Drive to the easterly line of State Highway 32.
19.
Henshaw Avenue, Chico, from the westerly line of U. S. Highway 99E to the easterly line of Nord Avenue.
20.
East Lassen Avenue, Chico, from the easterly line of U. S. Highway 99E to the westerly line of Cohassett Road.
21.
East Avenue, Chico, from the easterly line of U. S. Highway 99E to the westerly line of Cohasset Road and from the easterly line of Cohassett Road to the westerly line of Cactus Avenue; except, that the intersection of East Avenue and Cohasset Road shall be a four-way stop.
22.
Manzanita Avenue, Chico, from the westerly line of Moreland Drive to the easterly line of Cactus Avenue.
23.
Fair Street, Chico, from the northerly line of U. S. Highway 99E to the westerly line of Mulberry Street.
24.
Vallambrosa Avenue, Chico, from the Chico City limit to the westerly line of Manzanita Avenue.
25.
West Biggs-Gridley Road from the Biggs City limit to the Gridley City limit.
26.
Goodspeed Watt Road from the southerly line of the Dayton-Durham Highway to the northerly line of State Route 45.
27.
Biggs-Princeton Highway from the Biggs City limit to the Glenn County line.
28.
Mangrove Avenue, Chico, from the Chico City limit to the northerly line of Tenth Avenue.
29.
Cohassett Road from the westerly line of Moreland Drive to the Tehama County line.
30.
Durham Highway from the easterly line of Midway to the westerly line of U. S. Highway 99E.
31.
East Ninth Avenue, Chico, from the easterly line of East Esplanade Drive to the westerly line of Mangrove Avenue.
32.
Palermo Road from the Oroville city limit to the northerly line of the Palermo-Honcut Highway and from the westerly line of Wise Avenue to the easterly line of State Highway 40A.
33.
Olive Highway, Oroville, from the easterly line of Oroville Dam Boulevard to the easterly line of Wyandotte-Miners Ranch Road.
34.
Bille Road, Paradise, at its intersection with Lucky John Road, Posey Lane, Oak Way, Harvey Road, North Libby Road and Sawmill Road.
35.
Foster Road, Paradise, at its intersection with Buschmann Road, Woodside Road and Roe Road.
36.
Oroville Dam Boulevard at its intersection with Veatch Street, Olive Highway, and Lincoln Street.
37.
Pearson Road, Paradise, at its intersection with Edgewood Lane and North Libby Road; except, that the intersection of Clark Road and Pearson Road shall be a four-way stop.
38.
Elliot Road, Paradise, at its intersection with Maxwell Drive.
39.
Buschmann Road, Paradise, at its intersection with Park Drive.
40.
Spencer Avenue, Howe's addition, at its intersection with B Street.
41.
Lower Wyandotte Road at its intersection with V-4 Road.
42.
Tehama Avenue, Thermalito, at its intersection with Tenth Street.
43.
Seventh Street, Thermalito, at its intersection with Yuba Avenue.
44.
Wyandotte Avenue, Oroville, at its intersection with Central Drive.
45.
Olive Highway, Oroville, at its intersection with Central Drive.
46.
Big Bend Road at its intersection with Pulga Road.
47.
West Liberty Road at its intersection with Losser Avenue and Lewis Oak Road.
48.
Randolph Road, Gridley, at its intersection with Locust Street.
49.
White Avenue, Chico, at its intersection with Irene Avenue.
50.
Manzanita Avenue, Chico, at its intersection with the westerly portion of Cohassett Road; except, that where Longfellow Avenue intersects with Manzanita Avenue vehicular traffic going northerly on Longfellow Avenue shall be required to yield the right of way rather than stop.
51.
Cohassett Road, Chico, at its intersection with the easterly portion of Manzanita Avenue.
52.
Olive Highway between the southeasterly line of Oroville Dam Boulevard and the easterly line of Wyandotte-Miners Ranch Road.
