§ 14-25. Notice to county and other officials.

Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the sheriff shall send a copy thereof to the following:

(1)

The members of the board of supervisors;

(2)

The district attorney;

(3)

The fire chiefs of the affected areas;

(4)

The director of the department of public works;

(5)

The director of civil defense;

(6)

Any other county official or department head who has replied to the sheriff as hereinabove set forth;

(7)

California Highway Patrol, Oroville Office.
