§ 14-30. Violation; misdemeanor; penalties.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months in the county jail or by both. Every separate act in violation of this chapter [article] is a separate offense.
