§ 14-45. Bus loading zones adjacent to schools.

(a)

The director of public works is hereby authorized upon the basis of a traffic engineering investigation to place signs or curb markings described in Section 14-46 indicating bus loading zone upon either side of any street adjacent to any school property when such loading zone would facilitate the orderly movement of traffic.

(b)

Whenever the director of public works, upon the basis of a traffic engineering investigation, finds that the conditions because of which a bus loading zone was established as provided in section 14-45(a) no longer exist, he shall remove such signs and curb markings.
