§ 14-91. Penalty for violation of section 14-90.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of section 14-90 or disobeying any sign or marking installed pursuant thereto shall be punished upon a first conviction by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00), and for a second or subsequent conviction within a period of one (1) year, by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
