The board of supervisors of the County of Butte by resolution may by reference to
maps, diagrams or other specifications, identify off-street parking spaces on county-owned
or county-operated property, and may provide for time limitations and other restrictions
applicable to those spaces. Such limitations and restrictions may relate to reservation
of spaces for handicapped persons, limits on the duration of parking, limitations
and restrictions regarding day of week and hour of day, and any other limitations
and restrictions appropriate to the efficient conduct of county business and the convenience
of the public it serves.
