No. 598; § 15-4 pertained to loitering by minors during certain hours, arrest for violation, parent or guardian to appear, and derived from § 2 of Ord. No. 598; and § 15-5 pertained to loitering by minors during certain hours, arrest for violation, parent or guardian to appear, how notice is served, and derived from § 2 of Ord. No. 598.
