§ 16-1. "Public park" construed.

All parks and public places within the county owned or controlled by the county and used for the recreation of the public are declared public parks. All public parks heretofore deeded or in any other manner conveyed to the county are hereby accepted and dedicated to the use of the public for recreation purposes as public parks subject to the limitation prescribed in the deed of conveyance thereof and those prescribed by law.
