§ 16-5. Flowers, trees, etc.

It is unlawful to cut, break or otherwise injure or cull flowers, break or cut branches or cuttings from any bush, vine, shrub or tree growing in any public park, playground or public place in the county excepting by an employee in the regular course of his employment.
