§ 16-20. Horses, mules, cows, etc.

It is unlawful for any person owning or having control of or being the keeper of any horse, mule, cow, goat, sheep, ass, hog or domestic fowl to permit the same to run at large in or graze or feed in Bidwell River Park without permission to do so first had and obtained from the director of public works.
