§ 16-23. Use of trails by vehicles prohibited; exception.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motorcycle, power cycle or other motor vehicle on any rider and hikers trail within the county other than a vehicle used for an emergency or maintenance purposes, unless the trail traverses a common right-of-way.
