§ 16-25. Penalty for violation of article.

Latest version.

Any violation of section 16-23 or section 16-24 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
