§ 16-83. Deposit of park facility fee revenues in park facility fund.

All revenues from the park facilities fees assessed and levied pursuant to the provisions of this article shall, when received by the Paradise Recreation and Park District, be deposited in a separate park fund, and thereafter appropriated and used only for the acquisition and/or development of either park land, park facilities, or community use facilities in the manner hereinafter provided by this article.
