§ 18A-6. Scope and definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, unless the provisions or the context indicates otherwise, the terms and words used herein shall have the meanings set forth in the provisions of the California Retail Food Code, set forth in California Health and Safety section 113700 et seq.
