§ 21-28. Standing timber and mineral rights.

The right to harvest standing timber and the right to produce or extract oil, gas or other minerals from real property shall be deemed to be ownership interests in such real property under Section 21-18, and any transfer of any such interest shall constitute a transfer of an ownership interest in real property under Section 21-18.
