§ 21-133. Purpose of special tax.

The purpose for which the special tax is authorized herein is to maintain swimming pool services within CSA 31 at the same level as in 1996-97 and to provide a stable and adequate source of revenue to meet the costs of providing such services, to replace the 1996-97 service charges.
