§ 22-1. State law adopted.

The act pertaining to autocourts, resorts and motels, being Division 13, Part 2.1 of the state Health and Safety Code, excepting therefrom section 18602, and Title 8, Chapter 9, Article 6, of the state Administrative Code, and the rules and regulations to implement, interpret and make more specific Health and Safety Code provisions, and as hereafter amended by the legislature or changed by the division of housing, are hereby adopted as applying to all unincorporated areas of the county.
