§ 22-2. Fee schedule.
In lieu of section 18602 of the state Health and Safety Code setting forth fees, the following fee schedule is hereby adopted in the county, and such fees shall be submitted with the appropriate application for a permit.
(a)
Plan filing fee of ten dollars.
(b)
Total valuation:
$1 through $4,000 ..... no fee. $4,001 through $10,000 ..... $5.00 per $1,000, less $20.00. $10,001 through $20,000 ..... $4.50 per $1,000, less $20.00. $20,001 through $30,000 ..... $4.00 per $1,000, less $20.00. $30,001 through $50,000 ..... $3.40 per $1,000, less $20.00. $50,001 through $75,000 ..... $2.94 per $1,000, less $20.00. $75,001 through $100,000 ..... $2.57 per $1,000, less $20.00. $100,001 through $250,000 ..... $1.63 per $1,000, less $20.00. $250,001 and up ..... $1.44 per $1,000, less $20.00. Permit to operate, fee of ten dollars.
(d)
Duplicate permit fee of ten dollars.
(e)
Duplicate fees shall not be required, and any fees payable under the Riley Act shall not apply, providing the buildings and structures come within the provisions of this chapter.
(f)
The plumbing and electrical permit fees as designated in the state housing law, and provisions of the Administrative Code adopted pursuant thereto.
