§ 23-1. Quality, etc., of trees offered or delivered for sale.

Any and all fruit and nut trees offered or delivered for sale within the county shall be of good quality and condition and shall be free from twisted, crossed, frosted, broken or otherwise defective roots, broken grafts and other deformation or defects which will interfere with the normal and proper development of fruit or nut trees after planting.
