§ 23-21. Violations.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor which shall be punishable as provided in section 1-7 of the Code. This punishment is separate and independent from any punishment or penalty provided for under any other law or regulation, including forfeiture.
