§ 25-1. Retransfer of highway to Yuba County.

Pursuant to section 975 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state, the board of supervisors hereby consent to retransfer to the County of Yuba, the use, control, and maintenance of that portion of the Forbestown-Woodleaf Road, located in the County of Yuba, as and near Woodleaf, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the boundary between the Counties of Butte and Yuba the same being the section line between Section 12, Township 19 North, Range 6 East, M.D.M. and Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 7 East, M.D.M. Thence easterly across Sections 7, 8 and 9 of Township 19 North, Range 7 East, M.D.M. to its intersection with the Marysville La Porte Road at Woodleaf in the east half of Section 9, Township 19 North, Range 7 East, M.D.M., the use of such highway having been granted to the County of Butte by the County of Yuba, pursuant to sections 972 and 973 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state.
