§ 26-16. Payment.

Latest version.

Whenever an adopted drainage plan establishes a drainage fee for living units, such fee shall be paid at the time of issuance of the building permit for such living unit. Said fee shall be deposited in the drainage fund established pursuant to Government Code Section 66483 to be expended solely for the construction, or reimbursement for construction, of the local drainage facilities within the area covered by the drainage plan.
