§ 26-27.1. Notice of proposed permit issuance.

Prior to issuance of any permit pursuant to this Article, except a building, notice shall be given as follows:
(a)

Notice shall be mailed by first class mail to the board of supervisors, the applicant, and all landowners owning real property within two thousand (2,000) feet of the boundaries of the property on which the development is proposed, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the proposed issuance date.

(b)

Notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Butte pursuant to Government Code section 6062a.
