§ 26-40. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to enact regulations to help prevent substantial obstruction to or adverse effect on flood flows within Special Permit Zone II and to protect persons and property within said zone, all in accordance with that certain memorandum of agreement entered into as of November 17, 1995, between the County of Butte and the Reclamation Board.
