Permit fees shall be payable for building and levee permits as specified for building
permits in sections 3-40, 3-40.5 and 3-41, including but not limited to section 3-41(m), of Chapter 3 of this Code. In addition, for permits pertaining to levees, fees shall be payable
for site improvement construction plan checking and inspection, as specified in section 3-81, subsections (c)(7) and (c)(8), and for environmental review in the amounts specified
in section 3-43, subsections (16) and (38).
