§ 2-8.1. Same—To act as attorney for public administrator.

On or before July 1, 1964, the county counsel shall act as attorney for the public administrator in all estates in which the public administrator is executor, administrator with the will annexed or the administrator. In such matters, the county counsel shall collect the attorney's fees allowed by law and pay them into the county treasury.
