§ 2-49. Expenses.

Necessary expenses of the public guardian may be paid or incurred by him in any guardianship proceeding, and when so paid or incurred shall become a county charge; but any such expense shall be reimbursed to the county insofar as funds are or become available therefor in the guardianship estate to which said expenses appertain.
