§ 2-72. Meetings and actions.

The planning commission shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting each month. A majority of the members of the commission constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. No act of the commission shall be valid or binding unless approved by a majority of the members present. A tie vote shall be deemed to be a denial of the relief applied for.
