§ 2-163. Report of disposition.

Upon the sale of real property pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 25538.5, the district attorney shall issue a report concerning the facts of each sale. Such report will be forwarded to the auditor for use in effecting distribution of the proceeds of the sale of the real property pursuant to the terms of Health and Safety Code Section 11489 and of the judgment of forfeiture. A copy of such report shall be provided to the board of supervisors and, upon request, to any other interested governmental agency.
