§ 2-139. Developer impact fees.

Any and all developer fees which would be due and payable pursuant to applicable county ordinances or resolutions in connection with industrial or commercial projects in the unincorporated area of the Oroville Enterprise Zone if the applications therefor were being processed by the County of Butte shall be due and payable in the same amount and manner if the application therefor is being processed by the City of Oroville pursuant to this article XVI.5. Such fees shall be collected by city on behalf of county prior to city's issuance of building permits for such projects and transmitted to the County of Butte within thirty (30) days from the date collected.
