§ 31-11.141. Containers.

"Containers" means bins, roll-offs, cans, vessels, receptacles or other containers used to hold solid waste and/or recyclable materials for collection, including: thirty-two (32) gallon manual cans, various size carts used with semi-automated and automated collection, front and rear loader binds, and roll off bins.
