§ 31-11.280. Inert wastes.

"Inert wastes" means wastes which contain no decomposable wastes and no soluble pollutants, including but not limited to rock, earth, construction rubble, asphalt and concrete chunks, as approved by the solid waste manager or local enforcement agency.
