§ 31-11.301. Licensed hauler.

"Licensed hauler," sometimes referred to in this chapter as "licensee," means any individual who, or entity which, has a valid license, as required by and issued pursuant to Article III, to collect and transport any type of solid waste, including recyclable materials and green waste.
