"Recyclable materials" or "recyclables" means those materials designated from time
to time by the County Solid Waste Manager that can potentially be reused-as, or recycled
or otherwise converted into, feedstock for manufacture of a new recycled product.
Recyclable materials may include, but are not limited to: aluminum cans, glass bottles
and jars, metal cans, plastic containers (marked with a recyclable code number from
one (1) to seven (7)), newspaper, mixed paper (including magazines, junk mail, brown
bags, white and colored paper), and corrugated cardboard.
