"Recyclable materials—Curbside program" means those materials that are normally part
of the solid waste stream which can be segregated from non-recyclable waste and recycled
as part of a curbside recycling program, including but not limited to, aluminum cans,
glass bottles and jars, metal cans, plastic containers (marked with a recyclable code
number from one (1) to seven (7)), newspaper, mixed paper (including magazines, junk
mail, brown bags, white and colored paper), and corrugated cardboard.
