§ 31-11.431.1. Recyclable materials—Commingled.

"Recyclable materials—Commingled" means recyclable materials that are separated from solid waste by the owner or generator and all acceptable recyclable materials are placed in the same container for collection and processing. Commingled recyclable materials shall not contain more than ten (10) percent non-recyclable waste by weight.
