§ 31-11.520.1. Solid waste management.

Latest version.

"Solid waste management" means either or both of the following:

(a)

Solid waste handling, as defined in Public Resources Code Section 40195; and

(b)

Solid waste disposal, as defined in Public Resources Code Section 40192.
