§ 31-11.541. Uncontrollable circumstances.

"Uncontrollable circumstances" means any act, event or condition beyond the reasonable control of a licensee and not the result of the licensee's willful or negligent action or inaction, which materially and adversely affects the ability of the licensee to perform.
