When a licensee chooses to permanently terminate solid waste collection services to
any or all customers for any reason, other than nonpayment for services, or when any
person who does not have a current, valid license is notified by the LEA in writing
to terminate solid waste collector services, such licensee or person shall issue a
written notice to such customer(s) no less than thirty (30) days prior to termination
of service in accordance with the procedures specified in Section 31-24.3(b).
