§ 31A-3. Responsible agency.

The Division of Environmental Health, Butte County Health Department, is that agency responsible for (1) providing the state integrated waste management board with the appointment information required in Section 18060, Title 14, California Code of Regulations, (2) receiving hearing requests of the hearing panel, and (3) providing the hearing panel with clerical assistance.
