Chapter 34C. NONMEDICAL MARIJUANA ORDINANCE

§ 34C-11. Public nuisance; violations.

Latest version.

A violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed to be a public nuisance and subject to the enforcement process as set forth in sections 34C-12 through 34C-17 of this Chapter.
