Cost Determined. The administrative and clerical costs of processing accounts receivable
for fines, including restitution fines and restitution orders, shall be paid by the
defendant to the Clerk of the Court or Central Collections, as applicable, and shall
be as adopted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors as part of the Butte County
Master Fee Schedule.
