§ 38A-3. Effect.

This chapter shall supplement and be in addition to the other fire prevention and protection statutes, regulations, and ordinances enacted by the state, the county or any other governmental agency having jurisdiction, including but not limited to Public Resources Code sections 4290 and 4291.
