§ 38A-12. Posting of order.

If the address of the new, nonoccupying owner is not in the county assessor's records and is not otherwise discovered, the Order set forth in section 38A-9 of this chapter may be served on such owner by posting copies along the frontage of the subject property and at such other locations on the property reasonably likely to give notice to the owner. In no event shall fewer than two (2) copies of the Order be posted on a property pursuant to this section.
