§ 38A-19. Warning of noncompliance.

(a)

If the Fire Chief so elects, the Fire Chief may, instead of or in addition to any other remedy, issue a written warning of noncompliance pursuant to the procedure set forth in Butte County Code section 41-6.1.

(b)

If a notice of noncompliance is recorded, Butte County permits, licenses or other entitlements involving the premises shall not be issued or approved, except as necessary to correct or abate the noncompliance, pursuant to Butte County Code section 41-10.
