§ 3-1. Sheriff's fees.

The Butte County Sheriff is authorized to charge, in addition to any other fees required by the County of Butte or the State of California, fees for services as adopted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors as part of the Butte County Master Fee Schedule.

These fees are subject to periodic adjustment based on the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Employment Cost Index (ECI) for State and Local Government.
