§ 3-72. Established.

There is hereby established a fee for the administration of Butte County's court work referral program under Penal Code Section 1205.3. This fee shall be as adjusted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors as part of the Butte County Master Fee Schedule.

This fee shall be based upon the offender's ability to pay. Inability to pay shall not preclude participation in the court work referral program.
